Cuida d’bo, an association registered in Portugal under tax identification number 518813541 and in Belgium under tax identification number 1010789587, is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, beneficiaries, volunteers, employees, partners and other holders of personal data, in accordance with applicable legislation. This Privacy Policy aims to explain in a clear and transparent manner how Cuida d’bo collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data within the scope of the activities carried out. 

 

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED:

Cuida d’bo may collect the following types of personal data:

  • Identification data (name, date of birth, identification number, etc.); 
  • Contact data (address, telephone, e-mail); 
  • Professional data (education, experience, position); 
  • Sensitive data (health data, when strictly necessary and with consent); 
  • Images or videos of activities promoted by the association (with prior authorization).
